All fine now. No response from the trouble ticket so i presume it fixed itself.

Hi,

Our apologies on the ticket front, a CPanel update caused a problem that stopped it sending us alerts about new tickets. As always, if you don't get a reply to a ticket, then that 99.9% likely means we've not seen it (usual cause is people not validating their ticket account) and you should call us - It is free after all
